'Shy' Reveals Additional Cast, Second Promo, October 3 Premiere
The official website for the television anime adaptation of Bukimi Miki's Shy manga revealed on Thursday three additional cast and a second promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere on October 3 at 12:00 a.m. on TV Tokyo and other affiliated channels.

Stigma: Mutsumi Tamura (Darling in the FranXX)
Tzveta: Miyuki Sawashiro (Noragami)
Kufufu: Hina Hidaka (Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken)
Masaomi Andou (Kanata no Astra) is directing the television anime at 8bit. Yasuhiro Nakanishi (Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen) is penning the script and handling the series composition. Hinako Tsubakiyama (Sabikui Bisco) is composing the music.
Yuuichi Tanaka (Toaru Kagaku no Railgun) is the main character designer. Risa Takai (Tensura Nikki: Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken) and Akihiro Sueta are also designing the characters.
Miki began serializing the action drama manga in Weekly Shounen Champion in August 2019. Akita Shoten shipped the 20th volume on August 8, while the 21st is scheduled to release on October 6.
Yen Press licensed the manga in English in July 2022. The fourth volume is scheduled to go on sale on September 19.
