Manga 'Ballpark de Tsukamaete!' Gets TV Anime in 2025

Advertising company CyberAgent opened an official website for a television anime adaptation of Tatsurou Suga's Ballpark de Tsukamaete! (The Catcher in the Ballpark!) manga on Thursday and revealed the main cast, staff, teaser visual (pictured), and a teaser promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere in 2025.

Fairouz Ai (Chainsaw Man) and Satoshi Inomata (Tsurune) are starring as Ruriko and Murata, respectively.

Suga began serializing the sports comedy manga in Morning magazine in September 2020. Volume 14 went on sale on July 23 while the 15th volume is scheduled to release on November 21.

Synopsis
