MAPPA Produces 'Boukyaku Battery' Net Anime for Jump Special Anime Festa
MAPPA announced on Monday that the studio is producing the original net anime adaptation of Eco Mikawa's Boukyaku Battery manga. The studio's official Twitter also revealed the main cast, staff, and teaser visual (pictured). The original net anime will stream at the Jump Special Anime Festa 2020 event on October 11.
Synopsis
The story follows a group of baseball players who after having quit playing baseball are reunited by fate after enrolling in the same university. At the time the university did not have a baseball team, so the group who have previously faced off against each other throughout the years. Form a team and start playing once again, reviving their passion for the sport.
