'Itai no wa Iya nano de Bougyoryoku ni Kyokufuri Shitai to Omoimasu.' Reveals Additional Cast, Second Promo
The official website of the Itai no wa Iya nano de Bougyoryoku ni Kyokufuri Shitai to Omoimasu. (I Hate Being in Pain, so I think I'll Make a Full Defense Build) anime series revealed additional cast, a second promotional video, and a new key visual (pictured) on Tuesday.

Female idol group Junjou no Afilia and J-pop singer Rico Sasaki are performing the opening and ending themes "Kyuukyoku Unbalance" and "Play the World," respectively.
Shin Oonuma and Mirai Minato are co-directing the anime at Silver Link. Fumihiko Shimo is handling the series composition, and Kazuya Hirata is both designing the characters and serving as the chief animation director.

The television anime will begin airing on January 8, 2020 at 10:00 p.m. on AT-X, followed by ABC TV, Tokyo MX, and TV Aichi. Amazon's Prime Video platform and dAnime Store will also debut the anime the same day at 10:30 p.m.
