Original Short Anime 'Bishoujo Yuugi Unit Crane Game Girls' Announced for Spring 2016

An official website has opened for an original TV anime titled Bishoujo Yuugi Unit Crane Game Girls. The animation team of the currently airing JK Meshi! is producing the five-minute shorts, which will air alongside 16-minute live-action segments.

The series follows three girls aspiring to become idols while also working part time at a game center. Little do they know that, in reality, they are gathered by a mysterious organization to protect the Earth from a large meteorite. The series will air on Tokyo MX on Wednesdays at 10:00 p.m. beginning April 6.
