Warner Bros. Japan has released an announcement video for Hirune Hime: Shiranai Watashi no Monogatari, an upcoming original anime movie by director Kenji Kamiyama which will open in theaters in 2017.

The announcement previews animation footage from the movie and features the voice of actress Mitsuki Takahata, who will play the protagonist Kokone Morikawa (pictured). Hirune Hime will be Takahata's first voice work in a feature-length production after having voiced roles in Karl to Fushigi na Tou (2010) and Hana wa Saku: Touhoku ni Saku (2014).

Hirune Hime is set in the Kojima region of Okayama Prefecture in the year 2020, two days after the scheduled Tokyo Olympics.
