First Season of 'Free!' Dub Released

Crunchyroll announced on their website that the dubbed version of the first season of popular swimming anime Free! is now available for streaming. All episodes are currently available in the following territories: North America, Central America, South America, Europe, UK, Ireland, Africa, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand. The same cast members from the second season's dub returned to voice the first season.

Discotek licensed the first season for American distribution in February 2015 and released all 12 episodes with English subtitles on DVD. Discotek mentioned that a dubbed version may be released in the future, but had "no details yet on the possible dubbed version or who will release it yet." FUNimation licensed the second season, Free!: Eternal Summer in July 2014.
