TV Anime 'Violet Evergarden' to Premiere in Winter 2018

An official website was launched for Kyoto Animation's anime adaptation of the light novel Violet Evergarden, revealing staff members along with a promotional video and a key visual. Yui Ishikawa (Shingeki no Kyojin) will cast as Violet. The anime is scheduled to broadcast in Winter 2018. The first two episodes will be pre-screened at Kyoto Animation & Do Fan Kansha Event on October 21, and a world premiere will take place at Anime Expo on July 2.
