Yamamoto Yutaka's Original Anime 'Wake Up, Girls!' Announced

According to Animate, AVEX has announced an original animation titled "Wake Up, Girls!". It will be about seven idol trainees. The story takes place in the Tohoku area of Japan. All of the main cast will be rookie seiyus selected by audition.

Director Yamamoto Yutaka said he wants to encourage the people in Tohoku who experienced the severe earthquake.
