TV Anime Adaptation of 'Let's Play' Webtoon Airs in 2025
Planning and production company Slow Curve opened an official website for the anime adaptation of Leeanne M. Krecic's Let's Play webtoon opened on Wednesday, revealing the main staff, cast, a teaser visual (pictured), and an announcement promo. The television anime, titled Let's Play: Quest-darake no My Life, will premiere in 2025.
Voice actress Kana Hanazawa (Kubo-san wa Mob wo Yurusanai, 5-toubun no Hanayome) is starring as the protagonist Sam Young.

The anime will host a panel and world premiere at Anime Expo on July 3, featuring the original creator Leeanne M. Krecic (Mongie), director Daiki Tomiyasu, and producers Heather Horn, Hana Sugiwara, and Minaka Sakamoto.
Krecic began the romantic comedy webtoon in Naver Webtoon (now Webtoon) in 2016 and released three seasons until September 2022. Krecic plans to begin a fourth season on a different platform than Webtoon in Fall 2025.
Rocketship Entertainment released the first four volumes through Kickstarter between October 2021 and July 2024. The fifth volume is planned for a September 23 release.
Synopsis
She's young, single and about to achieve her dream of creating incredible video games. But then life throws her a one-two punch: a popular streamer gives her first game a scathing review. Even worse, she finds out that same troublesome critic is now her new neighbor! A funny, sexy and all-too-real story about gaming, memes and social anxiety. Come for the plot, stay for the doggo.
