'Leadale no Daichi nite' Reveals Additional Cast, Staff, Second Promo

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Ceez's Leadale no Daichi nite (World of Leadale) light novel revealed on Tuesday four additional cast, staff members, theme song artists, and a second promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere on January 5 at 11:30 p.m. on Tokyo MX, followed by Sun TV, KBS Kyoto, BS NTV, and AT-X.

Lytt: Kanako Yanagihara (Kami-tachi ni Hirowareta Otoko)
Marelle: Sakura Nakamura (Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou)
Ruine: Yuuki Hirose (High Score Girl)

Masaki Tsuchiya (Isekai Shokudou) and Kujira Yumemi (Shikizakura opening theme composition) are joining the staff as sound director and music composer, respectively.

Anisong singer TRUE (Violet Evergarden) is performing the opening theme "Happy encount," which is previewed in the promotional video below. Azusa Tadokoro (Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken) will perform the ending theme "Hakoniwa no Koufuku."

Yuuji Yanase (Kami-tachi ni Hirowareta Otoko) is helming the anime at Maho Film. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (Kaifuku Jutsushi no Yarinaoshi) is handling the series composition and script. Kaho Deguchi (Uchi no Ko no Tame naraba, Ore wa Moshikashitara Maou mo Taoseru kamo Shirenai.), Eri Kojima (100-man no Inochi no Ue ni Ore wa Tatteiru), and Toshihide Masudate (Isekai wa Smartphone to Tomo ni.) are designing the characters.

Ceez began penning the adventure fantasy light novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in November 2010. Kadokawa picked up the title for publishing in January 2019, featuring illustrations by Tenmaso and will ship the seventh volume on August 30. Yen Press licensed the light novel in English last October and will publish the fourth volume on December 14.

Ryou Suzukaze and Dashio Tsukimi began serializing a manga adaptation in Web DenPlay Comic magazine in July 2019. Kadokawa published the third volume on April 26. Yen Press licensed the manga in English on September 24 and will release the first volume on March 22.
