Spin-off Shorts 'Wake Up, Girl Zoo!' Announced

A spin-off anime of Wake Up, Girls!, titled Wake Up, Girl Zoo!, has been announced. The title is a pun on the original title, with the plural "Girls (ガールズ)" changed into "Girl Zoo (がーる ZOO)." As this suggests, the original Wake Up, Girls! cast are dressed up as animals. Samples of the spin-off anime will be streamed on the official site in September, and a streaming event will be held on December 7, 2014.
