According to Asahi Shinbun, the winners of the 14th Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize are as follows:

Grand Prize: Hyougemono by Yamada Yoshihiro
New Artist Prize: Mushi to Uta by Ichikawa Haruko (the winner of Afternoon Quarterly Award 2006)
Short Story Award: Thermae Romae by Yamazaki Mari (the winner of Manga Taisho 2010)
Special Award: the late Yonezawa Yoshihiro (the representative of Comiket 14 - 70)
