'Chitose-kun wa Ramune Bin no Naka' Announces Additional Cast

The official website of the Chitose-kun wa Ramune Bin no Naka (Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle) television anime revealed additional cast on Tuesday. The anime adapting Hiromu's comedy romance novel premiered on October 7 at 11:00 p.m. on AT-X, followed by Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, Sun TV, Fukui TV, TV Aichi, and BS11.

Voice actors Shunichi Toki (Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun) and Fumiya Imai (Jiisan Baasan Wakagaeru) are joining the cast as Kazuki Mizushino and Kaito Asano, respectively.

Yuji Tokuno (Fruits Basket 1st Season episode director) is helming the anime at feel. Naruhisa Arakawa (Kono Bijutsu-bu ni wa Mondai ga Aru!) is handling the series composition and penning the script. Sumie Kinoshita (Imouto sae Ireba Ii.) is designing the characters and Yoshiaki Fujisawa (Ore wo Suki nano wa Omae dake ka yo) is composing the music.

Hiromu began penning the novel in Shogakukan's Gagaga imprint with illustrations by raemz in June 2019. Shogakukan published the ninth volume in August 2024.

Bobcat drew a manga adaptation on the Manga UP! website from April 2020 to February 8 this year. Square Enix published the eighth and final volume on March 7.

Yen Press licensed the manga and light novel for English release in November 2021 and July 2021, respectively and published the seventh manga volume on August 26. The sixth novel volume went on sale in April 2024, with the seventh volume scheduled to be released on October 21.
