'Bikkurimen' Announces Additional Cast

The official website of the Bikkurimen television anime announced four additional cast members on Thursday. The anime is scheduled to premiere in Fall 2023.

Khan: Katsuhisa Houki (One Piece)
Takayan: Shinnosuke Tokidome (RobiHachi)

Tomohiro Tsukimisato (Ueno-san wa Bukiyou) is directing the anime at Lesprit. Yuniko Ayana (Flip Flappers) is handling the series composition and Ayano Oowada (Yes ka No ka Hanbun ka) is designing the characters. Yasuhiro Misawa (Gabriel DropOut) is composing the music.

The original Bikkuriman anime debuted in 1987, which was followed by four television anime between 1989 and 2007. The franchise also inspired two anime movies in 1988.
