Multimedia Project 'Sanrio Danshi' Gets TV Anime Adaptation

It was announced that Sanrio Danshi project will get a TV anime adaptation. More information will be announced via Sanrio Expo on February 3, 2017.

Sanrio Danshi is a multimedia project started in November 2015. The characters of Sanrio Danshi support each Sanrio characters. Kouta Hasegawa, voiced by Takuya Eguchi, supports the yellow Pom Pom Purin. Yuu Mizuno, voiced by Soma Saito, supports My Melody. Shunsuke Yoshino, voiced by Jun Oosuka, supports Hello Kitty. Ryou Nishimiya, voiced by Hiroyuki Kagura, supports Little Twin Stars: Kiki and Lala. Seiichiro Minamoto, voiced by Yuuma Uchida, supports Cinnamoroll. An app game adaptation was released last Fall and a manga adaptation started its serialization via Sho-Comi last April.
