'Osomatsu-san' New TV Special and Web Anime Announced

The official website has announced that Osomatsu-san will be getting new anime special in December. This is part of the collaboration project with JRA (Japan Racing Association) titled Hashire! Oumatsu-san and will be available online the next day after the TV broadcast. A CM of the collaboration produced by Studio Pierrot has been released. In addition, a six-episode original web movie titled Mutsugo to Ouma no Monogatari has started streaming on October 13 and will run until December 8. The details of the new TV special anime will be revealed at a later date.

Osomatsu-san is original sequel to Osomatsu-kun which aired for 25 episodes between October 2015 and March 2016. The series has also received a special episode due to the problematic first and third episodes, as well as BD & DVD shorts. The anime has received multiple game adaptations and collaborations during and after the TV broadcast including Tokyo Girls Collection 2016, Adobe, and more.
