Supporting 'Ballpark de Tsukamaete!' Cast Announced
The official website of the Ballpark de Tsukamaete! (The Catcher in the Ballpark!) television anime announced more supporting cast members on Thursday. The anime series adapting Tatsurou Suga's sports comedy manga will air on April 2 at 12:00 a.m. on TV Tokyo and AT-X, followed by BS NTV.

Miku's Father: Kentarou Kumagai (Dungeon Meshi)
Miku's Mother: Mami Fujita (Kaifuku Jutsushi no Yarinaoshi)
Kohinata: Maaya Uchida (Bocchi the Rock!)
Hotaru Shimizu: Atsuki Nakamura (The iDOLM@STER Million Live!)
Nagisa Satou: Kiyono Yasuno (Black Clover)
Vocal group GENIC (Fruits Basket: The Final) is performing the opening theme "Hurray!!"
Junichi Kitamura (Isekai de Mofumofu Nadenade suru Tame ni Ganbattemasu.) is directing the anime at EMT Squared. Shigeru Murakoshi (Dark Gathering) is handling the series composition. Fumio Iida (Basquash!) is designing the characters and MONACA (Aharen-san wa Hakarenai) is composing the music.
Suga began serializing the sports comedy manga in Morning magazine in September 2020. The 15th volume went on sale on November 21 last year, with the 16th volume set to be released on March 21.
