Additional Cast for 'Gachiakuta' Announced [Update 8/26]

The official website for the Gachiakuta television anime revealed three additional cast members on Tuesday. Kei Urana's action fantasy manga premiered on July 6 at 11:30 p.m. on CBC and TBS' 28 affiliated stations on the Agaru Anime programming block, followed by AT-X and BS Nippon TV.

Tamsy: Mitsuki Saiga (Baraou no Souretsu)
Delmon: Masami Iwasaki (Gyakuten Saiban: Sono "Shinjitsu", Igi Ari!)
Cthoni: Ayahi Takagaki (Sword Art Online)

Fumihiko Suganuma (Sirius episode director) is helming the anime at Bones Film. Hiroshi Seko (Chainsaw Man) is handling the series composition and Satoshi Ishino (A.I.C.O. Incarnation) is designing the characters. Taku Iwasaki (Bungou Stray Dogs) is composing the music.

Urana began drawing the manga in Weekly Shounen Magazine in February 2022. Kodansha published the 15th volume on June 17, with the 16th volume scheduled to be released on September 17.

Kodansha USA licensed the manga in English in March 2023. The seventh volume shipped on July 22, with the eighth volume planned for an October 21 release.
