TV Anime 'Qualidea Code' Airs in Summer 2016

The official website of the upcoming original TV anime Qualidea Code has announced that the series will begin airing in July 2016. A new key visual was also revealed. The series follows children of Tokyo, Kanagawa Prefecture, and Chiba Prefecture as they fight to defend their cities from unknown invaders.

The series is created by authors Sou Sagara, Koushi Tachibana, and Wataru Watari. It was further announced that Sagara is in charge of the scenario for the Tokyo faction, while Tachibana is in charge of Kanagawa faction, and Watari the Chiba faction.

Singer LiSA will perform the opening theme song of the series. Vocal duo ClariS and the music unit GARNiDELiA will each perform an ending theme song.
