Eiichiro Oda's 'Monsters' One-Shot Manga Gets Anime
The One Piece Day 2023 event announced an anime adaptation of Eiichiro Oda's Monsters one-shot manga titled Monsters: Ippyaku Sanjou Hiryuu Jigoku on Saturday. The event also revealed the main staff and a teaser visual (pictured). Monsters will have a duration of one television anime episode.
Seong-Hu Park (Jujutsu Kaisen, The God of High School) is directing and handling the series composition at his new animation studio E&H Production.
Oda published the short story in the 1994's Autumn Special issue of the Weekly Shounen Jump special edition, which was later included in the Wanted! one-shot compilation manga. Shueisha published Wanted! in 1998.
