'Yozakura-san Chi no Daisakusen' Reveals Supporting Cast, 2 Consecutive Cours

The official website of the Yozakura-san Chi no Daisakusen (Mission: Yozakura Family) television anime revealed four additional cast members on Saturday. The anime is scheduled to run for two consecutive cours starting April 7 at 5:00 p.m. on MBS and TBS's 28 affiliated stations, followed by BS NTV and AT-X.

Mirai Minato (Masamune-kun no Revenge) is directing and handling the series composition at SILVER LINK.. Mizuki Takahashi (Uramichi Oniisan) is designing the characters and is also the chief animation director. Kouji Fujimoto (Tearmoon Teikoku Monogatari: Dantoudai kara Hajimaru) and Osamu Sasaki (Ragna Crimson) are composing the music.

The anime adapts Hitsuji Gondaira's action comedy manga, which began in Weekly Shounen Jump in August 2019. Shueisha shipped the 22th volume on March 4, and the 23th volume is scheduled to be released on April 4.

Shueisha is publishing the manga simultaneously in English on its Manga Plus app and website. VIZ Media licensed the manga in English in February 2022. The ninth volume was released on February 20, with the 10th volume scheduled to be released on April 16.
