'Shijou Saikyou no Daimaou, Murabito A ni Tensei suru' Unveils Cast, Additional Staff for Spring 2022
The official website of the Shijou Saikyou no Daimaou, Murabito A ni Tensei suru (The Greatest Demon Lord is Reborn as a Typical Nobody) television anime revealed the main cast, additional staff, a key visual (pictured), and the first promotional video on Thursday. The anime series adapting Myoujin Katou's action fantasy light novel will air in April 2022.

Mirai Minato (Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha) is directing the anime series at animation studios Silver Link. and Blade. Takayuki Noguchi (Hige wo Soru. Soshite Joshikousei wo Hirou.) is designing the characters.
Katou began penning the novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in August 2018. Kadokawa published the series with illustrations by Hayasakura Mizuno under its Fantasia Bunko label the following May. The eighth volume went on sale on April 20.
Misuho Kotoba began drawing a manga adaptation in Big Gangan in February 2019. Square Enix released the fourth volume on February 25.
