The 21st and final episode of Fate/Grand Order: Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia (Fate/Grand Order: Absolute Demonic Front - Babylonia) ended with announcement on Saturday that the final chapter of the game's first arc, Fate/Grand Order: Shuukyoku Tokuiten Kani Jikan Shinden Solomon (Fate/Grand Order: Final Singularity - The Grand Temple of Time: Solomon), is receiving an anime adaptation.
The anime will debut under the title Fate/Grand Order: Kani Jikan Shinden Solomon (Fate/Grand Order: The Grand Temple of Time - Solomon). Production staff from the Fate/Grand Order: Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia anime series will return to work on the new anime.
The television anime adapting the Dai Nana Tokuiten Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia (Fate/Grand Order: Seventh Singularity - Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia) chapter from the game premiered on October 5 last year. Crunchyroll, Funimation, and HIDIVE simulcast the anime as it aired in Japan. Funimation is also streaming an English dub.
Toshifumi Akai helmed the anime at CloverWorks, with assistant director Miyuki Kuroki (The iDOLM@STER SideM). Toshiaki Takase (Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata) designed the characters, and Fate anime franchise's original character designer Takashi Takeuchi served as the lead character designer.
The anime adaptation of the game's Sixth Singularity—Shinsei Entaku Ryouki Camelot (Sacred Round Table Realm Camelot)—is being split into two theatrical films. Fate/Grand Order: Shinsei Entaku Ryouiki Camelot - Wandering; Agateram will premiere on August 15 in Japan, with the second film slated for a late 2020 release.
