'Muchuu sa, Kimi ni.' Announces Main Cast
The official site for the television anime adaptation of Yama Wayama's Muchuu sa, Kimi ni. (Captivated, by You) manga announced the main cast on Wednesday. The anime is scheduled to premiere in 2025.
Kensho Ono (ReLIFE) and Kouki Uchiyama (Horimiya) are starring as Miyoshi Hayashi and Jouji Ema, respectively.
Asami Nakatani (Genjitsu no Yohane: Sunshine in the Mirror) is directing the anime at Doga Kobo. Yoshimi Narita (Senpai ga Uzai Kouhai no Hanashi) is handling the series composition and Mai Matsuura (Sirius) is designing the characters. Takurou Iga ("Oshi no Ko") is composing the music.
Wayama debuted Muchuu sa, Kimi ni. as an anthology at the COMITIA 127 event in February 2019. Kadokawa acquired and published the manga in a single volume in August that year. Yen Press licensed the manga in English in 2021 and published Muchuu sa, Kimi ni. in July of that year.
