'Toumei Otoko to Ningen Onna' Announces Additional Cast Pair
The official website for the television anime adaptation of Iwatobineko's Toumei Otoko to Ningen Onna: Sonouchi Fuufu ni Naru Futari (The Invisible Man and His Soon-to-Be Wife) revealed a pair of additional cast, a key visual (pictured) on Friday.
The anime is scheduled to premiere on January 8, 2026, at 11:30 p.m. on TOKYO MX, with broadcasts on BS Nippon TV, Sun TV, and KBS Kyoto following. ABEMA, U-NEXT, and other streaming platforms will also stream the series exclusively.
Voice actors Tomohiro Ono ([Oshi no Ko]) and Kaori Ishihara (Kabushikigaisha Magi-Lumière) are joining the cast as Karma and Light, respectively.
Mitsuho Seta (Futari Solo Camp script) is direciting and handling the series composition at Project No.9. Kairi Unabara (Fate/strange Fake: Whispers of Dawn key animation) is designing the characters. Ruka Kawada (Koori Zokusei Danshi to Cool na Douryou Joshi) is composing the music.
Iwatobineko began posting the romantic comedy manga as a webcomic on his official X (formally Twitter) in March 2021. Futabasha acquired the manga in September of the same year and published the seventh volume on July 14.
Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga in English in July 2022 and released the fifth volume on March 4. The sixth volume is scheduled to go on sale on December 30.
