Manga 'Seitokai Yakuindomo' Bundles New OVA Episodes
The wraparound band on the 16th volume of Tozen Ujiie's Seitokai Yakuindomo manga announced two new OVA episodes for the series on Friday. The flier included with the volume revealed that each episode will be bundled with the 17th and 18th volumes on April 17 and August 16 next year, respectively. Staff and cast members will reprise their roles in the new episodes.
Seitokai Yakuindomo began its serialization in Kodansha's monthly Magazine Special in 2007, before transferring to Weekly Shounen Magazine the following year. The 4-koma series has since inspired two 13-episode TV anime seasons in 2010 and 2014, as well as 15 OVA episodes, which have been bundled with compiled manga volumes and also released standalone since April 2011.
An anime film opened in Japanese theaters last July, commemorating the manga's 10th anniversary.
