Light Novel 'Yuusha Party wo Tsuihou sareta Shiro Madoushi, S-Rank Boukensha ni Hirowareru' Receives Anime Project
The Monster Label 10th Anniversary special website revealed an anime project for Sora Suigetsu's Yuusha Party wo Tsuihou sareta Shiro Madoushi, S-Rank Boukensha ni Hirowareru: Kono Shiro Madoushi ga Kikakugai Sugiru (The White Mage Who Was Banished From the Hero's Party Is Picked Up By an S-Rank Adventurer: This White Mage Is Too Out of the Ordinary!) light novel on Monday.
Suigetsu began writing the adventure fantasy novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in March 2020. Futabasha acquired the novel and published the first volume under its M Novels label in November 2020, featuring illustrations by DeeCHA. The sixth volume (pictured) went on sale on February 29.
Wasabi Mukuno began serializing a manga adaptation in Manga Gaugau in January 2021. The seventh volume was released on May 30.
Synopsis
One day, Lloyd, a white mage, is banished from the hero's party. Lloyd, who has lost his job, happens to accompany an S-rank party on a quest by chance. At that time, no one knew that the hero's party would collapse and Lloyd would gain fame... yet.
