'King of Prism: Pride of Hero' Movie in Production, Slated for Summer 2017

The official Twitter account for Tatsunoku Production's King of Prism by Pretty Rhythm movie has announced that a new movie in the franchise is currently under production. The anime movie is tentatively titled King of Prism: Pride of Hero and is expected to premiere in June 2017.

King of Prism is a spin-off movie based on Pretty Rhythm: Rainbow Live. King of Prism focuses on the three-person boys' unit Over The Rainbow from the Pretty Rhythm franchise. The first movie premiered on January 9, 2016 with Blu-ray and DVDs released on June 17 the same year. The home video releases bundled a 19-minute anime.
