'As One' Unveils Additional Staff, Teaser Trailer for August 2025

The official website for the As One anime movie revealed additional staff members and a teaser trailer on Thursday. The prequel movie to Hoshi to Tsubasa no Paradox is scheduled to premiere in Japanese theaters on August 22.

Koubun Shizuno (Sidonia no Kishi, Godzilla trilogy) is directing the anime and Yoshiyuki Sadamoto (Shinseiki Evangelion, FLCL) is designing the characters.

Originally released as an arcade game in 2018, Hoshi to Tsubasa no Paradox was developed by Square Enix with worldbuilding and animation production by Sunrise. However, its network services were discontinued in 2021, effectively rendering it inactive.
