Manga 'Gorilla no Kami kara Kago sareta Reijou wa Ouritsu Kishidan de Kawaigarareru' Gets TV Anime in 2025
Publishing company Kadokawa opened an official website for a television anime adaptation of Shirohi and Mika Kamisu's Gorilla no Kami kara Kago sareta Reijou wa Ouritsu Kishidan de Kawaigarareru manga on Tuesday, revealing an announcement banner (pictured above). The anime series is scheduled for a 2025 premiere.
Shirohi originally began writing the fantasy comedy series on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in August 2020. Kamisu began drawing the manga on the Flos Comic platform the following August. Kadokawa published the fifth volume on May 17.
Synopsis
In a world where individuals receive blessings from various animal gods at the age of sixteen, Sophia Leeler, a timid count's daughter, unexpectedly receives the blessing of the "Gorilla God"—said to be the strongest in combat. Though she longs for a peaceful school life, her rare and powerful ability attracts the attention of the Royal Knights, who scout her as an apprentice knight. Despite her efforts to hide her overwhelming strength, she can't help but stand out. Meanwhile, the promising young knights around her watch over her with kindness.
