'Zom 100: Zombie ni Naru made ni Shitai 100 no Koto' Reveals Additional Pair of Cast, Second Promo

The official website of the Zom 100: Zombie ni Naru made ni Shitai 100 no Koto (Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead) television anime series revealed on Sunday a pair of additional cast, a key visual (pictured), and a second promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere on July 9 at 5:00 p.m. on MBS, TBS, and 28 affiliate stations.
Makoto Furukawa (One Punch Man) and Minami Takahashi (Shokugeki no Souma) are joining the cast as Kenichirou Ryuuzaki and Beatrix Amerhauser.
J-rock band KANA-BOON (Naruto: Shippuuden, Boku no Hero Academia 4th Season) is performing the opening theme "Song of the Dead" and Shiyui (Kidou Senshi Gundam: Suisei no Majo) performs the ending theme "Happiness of the Dead." Both songs are previewed in the promotional video below.
Kazuki Kawagoe (Komi-san wa, Comyushou desu.) directs teh anime at BUG FILMS. Hiroshi Seko (Jujutsu Kaisen) is handling the series composition and Kii Tanaka (Kumo desu ga, Nani ka?) is designing the characters. Makoto Miyazaki (One Punch Man) is composing the music.
The anime adapts Haro Aso and Koutarou Takata's comedy horror manga which began in Sunday Gene-X magazine in October 2019. Shogakukan published the 13th volume on February 17, with the 14th volume scheduled to be released on June 30.
VIZ Media licensed the manga in English in July 2020 and shipped the eighth volume on August 16. The 11th volume is planned for an August 15 release.
A live-action movie based on the manga will premiere worldwide on Netflix in 2023.
