'Pluto' Announces Supporting Cast
The official Twitter of Netflix Japan unveiled on Wednesday supporting cast members for the Pluto original net anime. The anime is scheduled to premiere with eight 60-minute episodes worldwide on Netflix on October 26.

Dr. Ochanomizu: Toshio Furukawa (Dragon Ball)
Dr. Tenma: Eizou Tsuda (Naruto)
Helena: Romi Park (Shingeki no Kyojin)
Duncan: Michio Hazama (Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu)
Dr. Abullah: Kazuhiro Yamaji (Shuumatsu no Walküre)
Brau-1589: Hideyuki Tanaka (Monster)
Alexander: Kenyuu Horiuchi (Dorohedoro)
Toshio Kawaguchi (Hi no Tori: Kizuna-hen) is directing the anime at Studio M2. Shigeru Fujita (Monster) is the character designer and chief animation director. Yuugo Kanno (Psycho-Pass) is composing the music.
Pluto is based on Osamu Tezuka's Tetsuwan Atom (Astro Boy) series, taking its title from a villain in one of its story arcs. The award-winning manga ran in Big Comic Original between 2003 and 2009 and was compiled into eight volumes. VIZ Media publishes the series in North America.
