Synopsis
Japanese-American Susumu's gap-year in Japan leads to a shabby "Rosemary Hotel" instead of the stylish one he expected.
Susumu Yamada is Japanese, but had never lived in Japan due to his father being transferred overseas. With his father stayed for a long time in his Los Angeles branch, the family stayed in America, but Sukumu failed his promotion test and has to repeat. Frustrated, he goes on a gap-year to Japan. He embarks for the fashionable Western-style apartment "Rosemary Hotel." Once in Japan, with no money, he stumbles upon a shabby apartment by the name "Rosemary Hotel."
