Descendant of Nazi-engineered psychic assassin uses inherited powers as doctor to heal minds, but reverts to killer when patient is harmed.
Kazui Okumori is the third generation descendant of an assassin who was created during the WWII by Nazis German. His grandfather was engineered to psychically toy with people's minds and ultimately kill them. He also inherited the power but he is now living peacefully in modern Japan, with a job as a clinical doctor. However, when the need arises, he uses his ability to help mentally disturbed patients overcome their pasts. But when something goes wrong and he finds his beloved patient is hurt, he takes up the role his grandfather once had...
