Following the events of Venus Kiss, Ikumi and Kunitachi have finally begun to build a deeper connection as their relationship continues to evolve. However, their newfound closeness is tested when an unexpected Valentine's Day gift arrives for Ikumi - a mysterious box of chocolates that seems more like a prank than a romantic gesture. As tensions rise between the two, old insecurities and unspoken fears begin to surface, threatening to unravel the delicate bond they've worked so hard to create. This continuation explores the complexities of young love, trust, and the challenges that arise when past shadows meet present desires.
In continuation to where Venus Kiss left off, Ikumi and Kunitachi are finally hitting it off steadily. However, trouble starts once again during Valentine's Day when Ikumi received a box of chocolates containing glasses and several other pranks. In the end when the person revealed himself to Ikumi, the past was unfold. Unconsciously jealous over what he's afraid to know, Ikumi threw a fit and said something cruel towards Kunitachi.
