I Want You to Make Me Beautiful!

Twenty-five-year-old office lady Kanna Nishimura is no longer willing to tolerate her coworker and boyfriend, Keisuke. In just under a year, he has cheated on her three times. After their official breakup, Keisuke calls her drab and ugly. Despite feeling justified in her rage and ending the relationship, Kanna takes his comment very personally. She wonders aloud to her close friend Miki if she would have been treated differently if she had any sense for fashion. Surprisingly, this offhanded remark during a drunken night out comes back to her. The next day, Kanna meets a new coworker who is as beautiful as a woman. This person, turns out to be Yuzuki Ichikawa, Kanna's best male friend from her junior high school days. While Kanna might have forgotten about Yuzuki over the years, he certainly has not forgotten Kanna—and he quickly asks her to be his fake girlfriend to avoid his female coworkers' gazes. Kanna accepts, but she asks that, in turn, Yuzuki help make her beautiful.
