Synopsis
Art student Hiiragi, a peeping hobbyist with erectile dysfunction, becomes aroused by a librarian's voice on his radio.
Hiiragi, a good-natured art student, has a secret hobby. He likes to peep into people's lives by using his planted listening devices at home and receiving radio waves from taxis and trucks. Despite his peaceful campus life, Hiiragi is facing a crisis. For some reason, he hasn't been able to get it up for the last 3 months, no matter what he did. One day, Hiiragi's crotch reacts to the panting sounds of a man on his radio. As Hiiragi searches for the man owning the erotic voice, the owner of the panting sounds, a serious-looking, handsome librarian names Kurosuda, shows up in front of him.
