Al Da Flaga was an influential and affluent Atlantic Federation politician. Al had a son, Mu La Flaga, whom he saw as "tainted" by the inferior DNA of a mother. Believing his son to be unworthy of inheriting is fortune and legacy, Al conspired with Professor Ulen Hibiki to created clones of himself. Although Ulen was hesitant to violate the laws forbidding cloning, Al managed to persuade him by offering funding for his Ultimate Coordinator Project.
