Orphanage Owner

An inebriated middle-aged man who is the owner of the orphanage where Anya Forger is adopted by Loid Forger. He is apathetic about his orphanage, as shown by the neglected state of the children and his indifference to Loid's given background. He thinks of Anya as a "creepy little brat", attempting to give her away to Loid upon hearing he wants a literate child.
