Tamaya is an assassin who was aiming to capture Mutsumi on Taiyo's first mission. He has also worked with Kyoichiro Yozakura a number of times in the past in order to take out terrorists.

Tamaya has an addiction to social media, posting about almost everything he does, including posts about his targets and his progress. He likes to tease his opponents with small bombs before using his prized special bomb to finish them off.
