- Professor Sebastian
Professor Sebastian is a member of Team Rocket who has appeared in several episodes of the Pokémon animated series.
Professor Sebastian is a calculated individual who often speaks in a steady even tone. He is particularly cold towards Pokémon and believes that they should serve humanity. Sebastian only values Pokémon as tools and specimens of study. He invests his knowledge into creating weaponry and operates alongside high-ranking individuals like Attila and Hun to achieve his utilitarian ideal.
