Ross (ロス, Rosu) is a member of the Bellamy Pirates. He is a fighter, and wears a similar attire to Braham from Skypiea. He is voiced by Scott Cantrell in the English Funimation dub. He is the one who smashes Luffy's head against a window, breaking it in the process.
First Appearance: Chapter 223; Episode 146
His full face, beyond a chin, is hidden by his hat in all appearances.
