Kei hails from a way out planet called Workoh and has received numerous suspensions and probations since she became a 3WA agent. However Kei is meant to be a Lovely Angel.
Ever since she could fire a gun, Kei has always lived dangerously, she loves the rush of an action-packed thrilling chase, and is fearless in the face of any enemy.
Kei believes there's no faster method to solving crime then blowing the hell out of it first. But there's more to her then that, Kei also has a deep sense of pride and honor. When Kei battled Lady Flair, she was defeated and even mocked by Flaire's obvious more advanced shooting skills. If something scars Kei's honor, she won't eat or rest until she prove she's the better fighter. Beyond that, Kei has a problem opening up or admitting "weakness" to those around her.
Kei is without a doubt a true beauty in both skills and heart, a fearless female who is not afraid to speak her mind. Ghosts, ghouls, and zombies on the other hand are another story all together.
