Captain of Windbloom's Royal Guards, constantly frustrated by Mashiro's willful antics. While not as prominent of a character this time around, when appearing, he acts as a father figure to Mashiro. On an interesting note: when Mashiro was a young girl, Sakomizu was actually slim.
