This character still takes an antagonistic role with rare appearances in the first 10 episodes of the anime. That he has a special relationship with the female lead Jeanne Fránçaix is already evident in the first episodes. In the course of the remaining episodes, he is a steady character with many appearances around Jeanne Fránçaix and a romantic relationship between the two characters begins to develop. This is a typical trait for a main character.
