Balance T. Moid

Affiliation: Le Garite, Pharos

A mysterious and superficially polite man stationed on Pharos. He seems to know more about the Rin-ne flower than he lets on. His favorite food is pudding a la mode, which he enjoys mixing together into a soup before eating.
