Manager Kamiyama

The tenacious, humble store manager of a Japans N.1 Yochinoya Shinbashi restaurant before it is run out of business by Ox grifters. He is later seen again as a store manager for foreign-owned fast-food chain Lotteria, where he is faced with a 100 burger order from Kawai Kenji.

As with most characters from Tachiguishi Restuden, he is portrayed by a prominent employee of Production I.G. That being non-other than Kamiyama Kenji himself.
