Fukusuke

The brilliant but highly stressed mechanical mastermind behind the wooden giant mecha Steamer Benkei from the "A tale of Two Robots" segment. Sporting distinctive opaque nerd glasses, Fukusuke is a short genius who possesses all the actual technical and mechanical know-how required to keep the clunky wooden machine running. Thanks to his education, he is the only member of the crew who can even attempt to comprehend wha the invading Western mad scientist, Jean-Jaqcue Walkerson III, is shouting across the battlefield. In a classic comedic beat, Fukusuke eventually throws his hands up in frustration during the language barrier vhaos, hilariously claiming he can only understand proper English, not "American". He also serves as a perfect rational foil to Sankichi's reckless "punch first, thnk later" battle tactics, constantly stressing over the damage their robot is taking.
