Kurosawa is one of the leaders of Tanpopo and a member of the Nijibana Rainbow Flowers who is second among the Nijibana's in Hazakura efficiency being at 501%.

Kurosawa used to be a condemned criminal who committed several murders throughout his life. His first offence was at the age of 15 where he beat his friend to death when he lost to them in a game. At age 21 he strangled a clerk who he got into an argument with. At age 24 he killed his next-door neighbour and ten others due to a noise disturbance and was arrested on a series of charges. He was given the death penalty immediately, which he seemed nonchalant about.
